We source the cacao for our exclusive couvertures directly from the growing regions. Long term contracts and established relationships provide the cacao farmers with security. The fair price paid allows them to use the natural resources sustainably so that they are maintained and preserved for future generations.

In return, Felchlin receives cacao of the very highest quality, both complex and intensely flavoured. With our self-imposed guidelines and principles, we guarantee the sustainability of all our raw ingredients.
